Registering for the 2026 INOA Norton Blue Ridge Thunder National Rally is a 2 step process.
First we need to collect the information about you and guests you are bringing.
Second, we need to collect the payment for the rally fee, any t-shirts you'd like, and camping or RV spots (if needed).
Here are the basics:
- Rally fee: $120 preregistration until June 1st. The fee at the gate will be $140.
Attendees between 6 and 16 get a reduced fee of $50, and those under 6 get in free.
- Rally T-shirts: $25 each.
- Camping spots: $20 per day per tent, so $100 for the entire rally.
- RV spots: $30 per day, so $150 for the entire rally.
We do prefer on-line registration + PayPal, but if you want to register by mail and pay by check, please print out this form:
and include a check, payable in US dollars made out to "NCNO".

Step 1 : Register your details.
Step 2 : Pre-pay for the rally using PayPal.
If you are using a PayPal account with an email address different from what you will be registering with, please let us know in the "additional info" box on the registration. The same applies if you are using a credit card (credit cards are accepted by PayPal; you do not need an account), if the name on the CC does not match the name on the registration, please note this when registering.
